The Socri Limited Group is proud to announce a major milestone in its international expansion with the delivery of its first villa in the United States, located on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach. The project, orchestrated by the Group’s US subsidiary Ceiba, began with the acquisition of the land in 2018.
Nicolas Chambon, Chairman of the Socri Limited group, highlights the extensive research and work carried out upstream of the project: “Our main aim was to ensure that we had the best possible design for this villa, because there were so many options. We wanted every detail to be carefully thought out to reflect our expertise and the elegance of French luxury.”
Working with renowned partners such as Strang Architecture, Aura Architecture, Dunagan & Diverio Design and Enea Landscape Architecture, the group has brought to life Maison Rive Gauche, a luxury villa of almost 500 m². Construction officially began in 2022, and two years later Socri Limited/Ceïba is celebrating the completion of its Villa with a big inauguration event.
“Our philosophy for this project was ‘Only The Best’,” says Nicolas Chambon. Maison Rive Gauche is more than just a house; it embodies Socri’s commitment to excellence and innovation. The design reflects French luxury, with a unique selection of natural materials, furniture and works of art. The name “Maison Rive Gauche” is inspired by the famous left bank of the Seine in Paris, a symbol of elegance, luxury and the French art of living well.
This villa incorporates a host of features thanks to meticulous attention to detail in optimising every square metre. It has a vast glazed area that floods the interior with natural light and creates a pleasant synergy with the dense vegetation outside. The lift serves all floors, while the five bedrooms each have a dressing room, bathroom and private terrace. The house also features a multimedia area, double-height ceilings and an office. Finally, a fully landscaped and planted rooftop lets you make the most of the view at any time of day.
The inauguration event on 30 October 2024 was a resounding success, with some 70 guests in attendance, all of whom praised the exceptional character of Maison Rive Gauche. “Every detail, from design to finish, has been meticulously crafted to deliver an exceptional living experience,” concludes Nicolas Chambon.
