Socri Limited, headed by Nicolas Chambon, is a European-based property company that has been developing exceptional projects in Europe for almost 20 years, including redesigning Monaco’s “Fontvieille” urban shopping centre for the future.
The company, a “creator of exceptional places”, has offices in Luxembourg, Paris, Monaco and Montpellier. 5 years ago, its subsidiary Koqio began operations in Miami, taking the time necessary to understand the luxury residential market in Miami and how it could bring its ultra-luxury culture and expertise to bear on that market, like it did for its projects in Paris and the South of France.
Koqio purchased the land at 220 W Dilido Drive, in the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach, on 30 August 2018. The company has been working on various projects in Miami ever since. It took extreme care and upheld the highest standards of quality in designing its first project, optimising every square metre.
Nicolas Chambon, Chairman of the Socri Limited group, says: “Our main aim was to ensure that we had the best possible design for this project, because there were so many options. We wanted every detail to be carefully thought through”.
Nicolas Chambon adds: ”We attached great importance to the complete design of this project with ENEA Design (European landscape architects with offices in Miami). All our projects have always emphasised nature, and it was only natural for Koqio to live up to its claim to offer “luxury by nature”.
The construction of this incredible luxury home of almost 500 m² officially began today at 220 West Dilido Drive, Miami Beach.
For this unique project, Koqio collaborated with world-renowned architecture and design firms such as Strang Design, Dunagan & Diverio, ENEA Landscape and the French architecture firm Aura.
The house is designed to reflect the style of French luxury with a unique selection of natural materials, furniture, artwork and details inspired by French designers and creators such as Yves Saint Laurent, Dior, Chanel and Hermès.
Maison Rive Gauche is set in a plot of over 1,000 m² with a magnificent sunny roof terrace boasting a 68 m² garden. The house also enjoys breathtaking views over Biscayne Bay, with a spacious dock that has room for 2 boats.
